The Court :- None appears for the petitioner. Although Mr. Chakraborty, learned Advocate for respondent raises the question of jurisdiction of this Court to entertain an application for termination of the mandate of the learned Arbitrator on the ground that the agreement itself specified the seat and venue of the arbitration to be Bidhan Nagar, this Court is not inclined to go into the issue at this stage. It appears that on December 10, 2024 also none appeared for petitioner. Let the matter be dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
