The Court : Supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the plaintiffs in Court today is taken on record.

It is submitted by the plaintiffs which is admitted by the defendant that the parties have amicably resolved the disputes being the subject matter of the suit. The plaintiffs, therefore, do not want to proceed with the suit and the applications pending therein.

By consent of the parties, the suit is treated as on the day's list and is dismissed for non-prosecution along with all applications filed therein. The written instructions received by the learned Advocate for the plaintiffs from his clients on being placed before this Court are taken on record.
