...for the respondents The Court : This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in considering her representation for payment of arrear pension. I have heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the materials on record. This writ petition is disposed of with the direction upon the respondent no. 4 to grant an opportunity of hearing, and thereafter, pass a reasoned order on the representation dated December 23, 2019 being (Annexure-P1). The reasoned order to be communicated within a period after passing of the week.

No one appears on behalf of the respondents. Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned counsel who normally appears as a counsel in such matters for the respondents is appointed to appear in this matter along with a junior of his choice. The Advocate-on-Record, Original Side for the State is directed to regularize their appointment.

Since no affidavits have been filed in this matter, the allegations made in the writ petition is deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. (SHEKHAR B.SARAF, J.) S.Bag
