...for the petitioners The Court: Affidavit of service filed today be kept on record. The primary contesting parties have been served. However, none appears to contest the writ petition at the time of hearing. Accordingly, the same is taken up for being decided ex parte. As apparent from the annexure at pages 64 to 66 of the writ petition, the respondent have admitted an amount of Rs.41,60,419/- to be due in favour of the petitioner for work done by the petitioner for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

Accordingly, WPO/57/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to ensure that the said due amount is paid to the petitioner within a fortnight from the date of communication of this order to the said respondent Nos. 2 to 4.

The parties shall act on the server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy for the purpose of compliance.

WPO/57/2024 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the above observations without any order as to costs.
