Learned Advocates for the parties submit that, the parties entered into such agreement through exchange of letters.

Learned Advocates appearing for the parties place on record, a written communication signed by the respective Advocates for the parties. In such circumstances, AP 73 of 2021 is disposed of.

The disputes between the parties is referred to the agreed Arbitrator, namely, Mr. Swarnendu Ghosh.

The Court is informed that the parties agreed to the modalities of arbitration. The parties agreed that the incoming Arbitrator will commence the arbitration proceeding from the stage which was reached by the outgoing Arbitrator.
