Being aggrieved by alleged deficiency of service on the part of the Axis Bank, the petitioner has made a representation, lodging a complaint before the Banking Ombudsman, which is still pending. It transpires that the representation of the petitioner before the Ombudsman dated September 11, 2023 annexed at page-42 of the writ petition ought to have been disposed of by now by the Ombudsman. Accordingly, WPO/61/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2, the Banking Ombudsman, Kolkata, to dispose of the petitioner's representation annexed at page 42 of the writ petition in accordance with law, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, as expeditiously as possible, positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order in writing to the Ombudsman. For the purpose of compliance, the Banking

Ombudsman shall act on the written communication of the learned Advocate for the petitioner, coupled with a server copy of this order, without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy.

No order as to costs.
