The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration of the estate left behind by the above named deceased. The deceased was a bachelor. The sister and mother of the deceased predeceased him. One of the brothers is the applicant and the other brother has consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1.5 lakhs with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
