The matter was appearing in the Warning List and both the parties are deemed to have had notice that the matter would be taken up today. The judgment debtor is represented. It is submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that the decree has been satisfied and the entire decretal dues have been paid. It is also submitted on behalf of the judgment debtor that the claim for further interest as reflected in the Tabular Statement is misconceived and untenable in law. The award does not provide for any interest from 31 August, 2006 and the same has been added contrary to the award. In such circumstances, nothing is due and payable and the entire decretal dues have been satisfied.
