The Court:- It transpires from the records, in particular the order dated January 18, 2023 passed in CP 49 of 2016, that similar and analogous matters have already been transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata. Since the present matter has not reached an irreversible stage, in accordance with the extent provisions of law as well as for the ends of justice, the present matter is also required to be so transferred. Accordingly, CP 36 of 2016 stands transferred to the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata. Needless to say, all connected applications also stand transferred to the NCLT, Kolkata.
