The Court:- It is brought to the attention of the Court that this matter should appear before the Commercial Division before this Court. This is an application for execution of a foreign award dated 20 January 2017. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, liberty is granted to the decree-holder to withdraw this application and file afresh before the appropriate Division of this Hon'ble Court within a period of six weeks from date. It is made clear that the interim order being enjoyed by the petitioner will continued for a period of six weeks from date. Liberty is also granted to the decreeholder to take back the original certified copy of the award annexed to the application after replacing the same with a photocopy thereof. With the aforesaid directions, GA/2/2022 stands disposed of. EC/33/2018 also stands disposed of.
