The Court : The petitioner is one of the joint executors and trustees of the last Will and Testament dated 30th August, 2014. The advocate on record appearing for the applicant submits that the probate application is non-contentious and that there are no parties who would be opposing this matter.

This has also been mentioned in the Masters Summons. The present application is for leave to correct certain amendments to the affidavit of assets filed in the probate application being PLA No. 39 of 2019 (In the goods of Ratan Lal Pasari). The amendments are indicated

in red ink in Annexure B of the application and consist of certain corrections and inclusions in the property at 14, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata - 71.

Since it has been stated that the corrections are pursuant to certain typographical errors and mistakes made through inadvertence and needs to be rectified, the amendments indicated in the affidavit of assets is allowed.

The department is directed to carry out the amendments within fortnight from today and liberty is give to the petitioner to be affirmed the affidavit of assets after the amendments carried out by the department. GA No. 1 of 2020 is disposed of in terms of the above. (MOUSHUMI BHATTACHARYA, J.) RS
