The Court :- The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous as the final award has been passed. The said execution case was filed for enforcement of interim award. Accordingly, the matter is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the award-debtors to take appropriate steps as admissible in law. It is also evident that at the time of filling of the said execution case, the Commercial Division Rules were not in operation. The award-debtors will be at liberty to file proper application before the correct Division subject to provisions of law.
