The Court :- It is jointly submitted by the plaintiffs and the defendants that the disputes being the subject matter of the suit have been settled out of Court and neither the plaintiffs nor the defendants have any claim or cross-claim against each other. There are two proforma defendants

against whom no relief has been claimed. The said proforma defendants remain unrepresented. The proforma defendants, I am told, have not appeared in the suit and for recording the settlement, their presence is also not required. In view of the submissions made by the parties, the suit being CS No. 8 of 2022 is treated as on the day's list and is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications in the suit also stand disposed of as the suit is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The Receiver, if any, stands discharged.
