The Court : This is an application at the behest of the petitioner seeking leave to appeal before the Supreme Court against the order dated 22nd August, 2019. The petitioner submits that the copy of the instant application has already been served upon the contesting respondents on 10th February, 2022. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents. The respondents are directed to file affidavit-in-opposition to the instant application within two weeks from date; reply thereto, if any, shall be filed a week thereafter. The application is made returnable after three weeks.
