He further submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of by directing the Corporation to consider the representation at page 263 of the writ petition concerning the reassessment of the property tax for the seventh floor of the relevant building.

In light of the foregoing, I dispose of the writ petition by directing the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner at page 263 of the writ petition. The Corporation shall provide an opportunity for the petitioner to be heard and shall issue a reasoned order within one month from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly WPO/66/2025 is disposed of.
