1. Prima facie, it appears that the alleged contemnor has an explanation to offer as we have not stipulated the time within which the affidavit of assets in the interlocutory proceeding disclosing all its properties was required to be filed. However, it cannot be disputed that the reasonable time has passed within which the alleged contemnor ought to have filed an affidavit of assets.

2. Learned Counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that an affidavit of assets is being prepared.

3. We expect that the alleged contemnor should file such affidavit of assets within two weeks from date.

4. The application is, thus, disposed of.

5. A copy of the contempt application has been served upon Mr. Rahul Auddy, advocate-on-record on behalf of the alleged contemnor in Court today.
