From the office report, it would transpire that the petitioner's Advocate-onrecord had duly been intimated of the order dated 31st October, 2025. Notwithstanding the above, at the time of call, the petitioner is not represented. 2.

Having regard to the peculiar facts and also noting that though a submission has been made previously in Court on 9th April, 2021 that the petitioner had died on 20th August, 2020, however, since then no further steps having been taken and the certificate of death of the petitioner having also not been disclosed, this Court is unable to conclude that the petitioner has died. 3.
