The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration of the estate left behind by the above named deceased. The deceased was a spinster and her parents and only sister predeceased her. The niece of the deceased is the applicant. The other surviving legal heir being the nephew of the deceased has consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,60,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
