The Court:- In view of the urgency pleaded on behalf of the award holder, the matter is taken up for hearing. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that in view of the fact that the judgment debtors are untraceable they do not wish to proceed any further with this application. The award is dated 14 September, 2012 and the judgment debtors are still not traceable. Accordingly, no purpose would be served in keeping this proceeding pending.
