The Court : This is an application for recording a settlement by and between the parties.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of this application being AP/24/2016, the parties have entered into a settlement and a settlement agreement dated 30 November, 2023 has been duly executed by the parties. A signed copy of the settlement agreement dated 30 November, 2023 be kept with the records.

In view of the subsequent events which have transpired after the filing of this application and the settlement agreement dated 30 November, 2023, nothing survives in this application. GA/4/2023 stands allowed. There shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the Notice of Motion. The signed copy of the Settlement Agreement be also kept with the records.
