It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that pursuant to an earlier order dated 28th September, 2021 as corrected by the order dated 5th October, 2021 the Receiver is in possession of the secured asset which is the subject matter of the arbitration proceeding.

In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner prays for confirmation of the orders and that the Receiver continue in possession of the said asset with liberty to the petitioner to pray for appropriate reliefs before the learned Arbitrator. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the orders dated 28th September, 2021 and 5th October, 2021 are confirmed. The Receiver

is directed to be in possession of the subject asset until further orders of Court or appropriate orders which may be passed by the Arbitral Tribunal. With the aforesaid directions, AP/99/2020 stands disposed of. The petitioner is directed to pay the Receiver an additional remuneration of 2000 GMs.
