The Court : Appeal is directed against an interim order passed in a writ petition.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the appellant submits that the writ petition stands disposed of by the learned Single Judge. He submits, in such view the appellant seeks with withdraw the appeal and to incorporate the grounds of appeal herein in the appeal filed against the final order in the writ petition. Writ petitioners are represented.

Since the writ petition stands disposed of finally and since the order impugned before us is an interim order, in such disposed of writ petition, we allow the appellant to withdraw the appeal on the terms as prayed for. APOT/39/2024 along with the connected applications are disposed of accordingly.
