1. Separate affidavit of compliance filed by ICICI Bank and CIBIL in Court today be retained with the records.

2. The contemnors have affirmed that the phone number of the petitioner has been delinked from the disputed loan account no.

LPCAL00008585987. The loan details of the petitioner annexed by ICICI Bank does not contain the aforesaid loan account.

3. It appears that for the time being the problem faced by the petitioner appears to have been resolved.

4. The bank is directed to ensure that the records of the loan account of the petitioner are properly maintained and the petitioner's phone number is not unnecessarily linked up with any loan account which the petitioner has not obtained from the bank.

5. The contempt application stands disposed of.
