The Court : This is an application seeking liberty to withdraw the suit on the ground that during the pendency of the suit, the parties have settled their disputes and amicably resolved all their differences. The defendant is represented and does not object to the submission made on behalf of the plaintiff.

In view of the above, GA-COM/1/2024 in CS-COM/7/2024, CSCOM/8/2024 and CS-COM/9/2024 respectively stands allowed. There shall be an order in terms of prayer (a) of the Notice of Motion.
