For defendant The Court :- After the application for judgment upon admission being GA 1 of 2021 was finally heard and the judgment was reserved, the parties requested the Court not to pass the judgment as they were contemplating an out of Court settlement. The parties have agreed to a settlement, the terms whereof are recorded in a terms of settlement signed by the plaintiff and the defendant and counter signed by their respective advocates. The terms of settlement which has been stamped and punched on 8th December, 2022 is made over to Court and is kept with the record.

Let the suit being CS No.40 of 2021 be decreed in terms of terms of settlement. The decree be drawn up expeditiously. All connected applications including GA 1 of 2021 stand disposed of with the passing of the instant decree.
