The records show that there was no report filed on behalf of the respondent nos.1, 2 and 7 in this matter and as such the question of filing any exception thereto has not arisen.

On the joint prayer of the parties and upon their consent, the first two paragraphs stand omitted and deleted from the order dated June 17,

2025, where it has been recorded that report by way of affidavit was taken on record and Mr. Panda submitted that the petitioner shall not file any exception.

This correction shall be incorporated and read into the order dated June 17, 2025.

The rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
