The Court:-It appears that an order of demolition has been passed in respect of the premises in question. The petitioner has challenged the same before the Municipal Building Tribunal, Kolkata. The date fixed for peremptory hearing of the said case is 5th March, 2021.

The petitioner prays for an order permitting him to complete the civil works in respect of the portion, which are not hit by the order of demolition.

The petitioner will be entitled to make this prayer before the Municipal Building Tribunal, Kolkata where the demolition case is pending.

No order can be passed in the instant case.

Writ Petition being W.P.O. No.82 of 2021 stands dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
