The Court:- The matter has appeared in the list for correction of the order dated 23.02.2024.

It has been submitted by the learned advocates representing the respective parties that the direction passed upon the Officer-in-Charge, Bowbazar Police Station has not been recorded in the order dated 23.02.2024.

Be it recorded that as unauthorized construction has been detected, the Officer-in-Charge, Bowbazar Police Station is directed to keep strict vigil over the property and to ensure that construction in any manner whatsoever is not carried out at the subject premises. The private respondents are also restrained from selling/transferring/alienating or creating any third party interest in the subject premises till the matter is finally decided by the Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

The appearance of the learned advocates for the private respondents has wrongly been mentioned in the order dated 23.02.2024 as appearing for the respondent nos.8 and 11. The appearance should read as 'for respondent nos.8 to 11'.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.
