It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that this execution application has become infructuous insofar as the question of mesne profits is concerned since the same is pending before a Co-ordinate Bench and has not crystallized. The prayers in the Tabular statement insofar as the vacant possession of the suit premises is concerned have already been granted. Liberty is granted to the award-holder to file an appropriate application in accordance with law in respect of mesne profits, if the circumstances so arise.
