The Court:- Prayers in the writ petition are for a direction on the D.I. to take action against the management of the school for non-compliance of certain Government notifications and for filling up post of Headmaster. Across the Bar, the lawyers of both sides in essence seek change of the medium of the school from Bengali to Hindi. This Court notes that the petitioner is an assistant teacher of the school and has no cause of action for seeking reliefs in question. The petitioner, therefore, has no locus to seek to maintain the writ petition.

In view of the above, WPO No. 83 of 2021 shall stand dismissed. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J.) s.chandra
