The Court : The issue involved is very short. We are disposing of this appeal dispensing with all formalities. The impugned order dated 20th January, 2021 is modified by reducing the cost awarded to 300 GMs [Rs.5100/-] and permitting the appellant to effect the amendment, as sought in the application [GA/3/2021] in terms of prayers [a], [b], [e] and [f] of the application.
