...for the respondent nos. 9 to 12 The Court: The petitioners and the respondent nos. 1 to 8 have filed a joint petition praying for discharge of the Rule issued on 22nd February, 2019. The applicants have stated that the plaintiffs have withdrawn the suit being CS No.2 of 2017 on 5th May, 2022 and the plaintiffs are not willing to proceed with the contempt application.

In view of the aforesaid submission and having regard to the fact that the suit has been withdrawn, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) and (b) of the petition.

GA/1/2022 stands disposed of.

Affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent nos. 9 and 11 is kept on record.
