The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and testament dated 17th December, 2015 left behind by the above named deceased.

By an order dated 18th November, 2021, directions were given for issuance of General and Special Citation. After issuance of Citation and due receipt thereof, no testamentary caveat has been lodged and there is no caveat certificate dated 14th November, 2022 issued by the department to this effect. After considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, let probate be granted in the matter by passing an order in terms prayer (b) of the petition.
