of 1983 has now become infructuous and as such he prayed for withdrawal of the same. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the State did not raise any objection.

In such view of the matter WPO No. 1028 of 1983 is dismissed as infructuous without any liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause of action. The interim order, if any, stands vacated.

In view of disposal of main application, connected applications are also disposed of.
