The Court: In the order dated February 17, 2025 there are some typographical errors.

In the fifth line of the last paragraph of page 4 of the order "January 12, 2020" be corrected as "January 12, 2022". In the first line of page 5 of the order, the expression "against the allegedly the claim of Rs.5.52 crores" be deleted. In the last line of the second paragraph, the sentence "The dispute is with regard to the remaining unpaid amount, from the total claim of Rs.5.52 crores." be corrected as "The dispute is with regard to the remaining unpaid amount". These inadvertent mistakes are corrected hereby and the corrections shall form a part of the order dated February 17, 2025. (SHAMPA SARKAR, J.) sp/
