The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that there have been subsequent developments. As such, to deal with those comprehensively, the petitioners seek to withdraw the present writ petition and file the same afresh.

Accordingly, WPO/82/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to sue afresh on the self-same cause of action, clubbing further events if necessary.

No order as to costs.
