The Court:- The present application has been filed by the award-holder praying for disposal of the present execution application in terms of settlement agreement between the parties dated 18.12.2025. In view thereof, the present execution application is disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement dated 18.12.2025.

A copy of the said settlement agreement is taken on record. The receiver is directed to hand over the keys of 33/2, Sarat Bose Road, "Suraiya House", 3rd Floor, Flat No.12, Bhowanipore, Kolkata - 700020 to the award-holder. The receiver is hereby discharged.

In terms of settlement agreement dated 18.12.2025, GA-COM/7/2026 along with EC-COM/44/2024 is disposed of.
