Ms. Sananda Ganguli, Advocate for the plaintiff. The Court : The parties have settled the disputes being the subject matter of this suit by entering into a Terms of Settlement dated 12th January, 2024 typed out in a non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.500/- bearing no.N 581442 purchased in the name of the plaintiff. A photocopy of the Terms of Settlement is annexed to the application being GA 4 of 2024 filed by the plaintiff. The original Terms of Settlement duly signed by the authorised officers of the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 as also by the defendant no.2 is also placed before the Court. It is submitted by the plaintiff that the plaintiff has received the entire money in terms of the settlement dated 12th January, 2024 and is as such no more interested to pursue the suit.

The original Terms of Settlement is returned back since the suit is dismissed as withdrawn recording full and final settlement of all claims and

counter-claims, if any, by and between the plaintiff and the defendants. A written instruction given by the plaintiff through an electronic mail dated 30th January, 2024 and addressed to the Advocate-on-Record for the plaintiff has been placed before the Court which is kept with the record. All applications filed in the suit which are pending as on date are also disposed of without any further order.
