The Court : In the judgment dated July 11, 2024, no order was recorded regarding the pending applications bearing nos.GA/1/2021 and GA/2/2021 although the main application had been disposed of. Accordingly, GA/1/2021 and GA/2/2021 are disposed of in the light of the observations made in the judgment dated July 11, 2024 passed in AP/105/2021.

On the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted leave to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner with the Registrar, Original Side, upon deduction of the necessary costs. No order as to costs.
