The Court: The petitioner is a law clerk who is aggrieved because orders and cause lists of the West Bengal Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal as also the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal are not regularly uploaded. The West Bengal Land Reforms & Tenancy Tribunal has filed a report which indicates that the issue has been addressed and there are no problems with regard to uploading of daily orders. The petitioner also accepts such position. Although the locus of the petitioner is doubtful, but as it is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing for the State respondent as also the West

Bengal Taxation Tribunal that funds have been released for creation of the website of the Taxation Tribunal, nothing further remains to be decided in the writ petition. The NIC, who is represented before this Court by its learned Advocate, shall take necessary steps to ensure that a system is in place and the cause lists, the case status report as also the daily orders are uploaded in the website of the West Bengal Taxation Tribunal. The NIC shall complete the process within two months.
