...for the respondent 1&4(item 4) The Court:-Learned counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at a mutual settlement out of Court.
The signed settlement, containing terms of the same, is filed in Court today and kept on record. A printout of an e-mail communication on behalf of the respondent nos. 1,2,3,4 and 6, agreeing to the said settlement, is handed over and also kept on record. The parties hand over a draft"agreed order" in the format of certain directions contained in clauses 'A' to 'H' thereof.
The terms of settlement are in form and lawful. This court will be failing in its duty if a note of appreciation is not recorded for counsel appearing for all the parties in view of them having used their good office in facilitating the settlement to a long-drawn litigation. Thus, in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, RVWO/4/2025 arising out of the application GA-COM/8/2024, as well as ECCOM/207/2024 along with the connected applications, namely, GACOM/1/2024, GA-COM/2/2024, GA-COM/3/2024, GA-COM/4/2024, GACOM/5/2024 and GA-COM/6/2024, are disposed of, upon passing the directions as contained in the draft consent order which is made a part of the record. Let the draft consent order and the terms of settlement be deemed to be a part of this order.
There shall be no order as to costs. Parties are granted liberty to take steps in terms of the directions contained in the settlement at the earliest. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) Arsad, AR(CR)
