The Court: The innocuous prayer made in the writ petition is that the Wakf Board is not supplying a resolution dated July 17, 2023 taken by the said Board, despite the request of the petitioner. Along with the said resolution, the petitioner also seeks copies of the confirmation of the Board and the rejection order of the Chief Executive Officer for permission of cutting trees. Heard learned counsel for the parties. In view of the innocuous nature of the petitioner, no affidavits are directed, although it is deemed that none of the allegations made in the writ petition are admitted by the respondents.

WPO/87/2024 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to furnish a copy of the resolution dated July 17, 2023 taken by the Board and the confirmation of the same by the Board as well as the rejection order of the Chief Executive Officer for permission of the cutting trees to the petitioner. Such copies, duly certified by the respondent no.3 or otherwise, shall be furnished to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, positively within three weeks from date.

No order as to costs.
