The Court: Appellant seeks to prefer an appeal from a judgment and order granting probate.

Appeal is sought to be preferred as a judgment and order. Since, there is a decree passed and since, the appellant is yet to prefer an appeal from a decree, we find the present appeal to be not maintainable. APOT/20/2026 along with connected applications is dismissed. This will not prevent the appellant from preferring an appeal against the decree, if so advised.
