This is a contempt application alleging the willful disobedience of the order dated 21st November, 2025. Subsequently, learned A.A.G. files a compliance report and submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed after affording the writ petitioner an opportunity of hearing. The State Transport Authority has arrived at a decision to grant the permit on the said route in favour of the writ petitioner based on Clause No. 5(C) of the Notification bearing no.3607-WT dated 04.07.2025 which is indicated in paragraph no. 5 of the compliance report which is reproduced below :- Now, therefore, the STA Board after hearing the aforesaid parties do hereby recall and recant its decision dated: 19.12.2025

which pertains to the aforesaid issue and further finally decided to grant the said permit on the said route in favour of the writ petitioner, Ms. Saloni Mundra, based on Cl. No. 5(C) of the Notification bearing No. 3607-WT Dated: 04.07.2025 irrespective of the facts that the application filed by Ms. Saloni Mundra carries the date even prior to the said Notification of vacancy and also prior to the issuance of the said Notification bearing No. 3607-WT Dated: 04.07.2025.
