2. An objection has been raised with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition in the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court.

3. It appears that the answering respondents are outside the Original Side jurisdiction of this Court.

4. In view of the above, let the writ petition be converted to the Appellate Side jurisdiction of this Court.

5. The writ petition in the Original Side shall be treated as disposed of.

6. Let further affidavit of service enclosing the track report of the postal article sought to be served upon the respondent No.3, be placed before this Court on the adjourned date.

7. Relist the matter on 4th March, 2025 in the Appellate Side.

8. Let further notice be served upon the non-appearing respondent intimating the next date of hearing.
