The Court :- This is an application for letters of administration of the estate left behind by the above named deceased. The mother and wife of the deceased predeceased him. The son is the applicant. The other legal heir being the daughter has consented to the grant. Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- with two sureties. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
