The Court: This is the second application for extension of the learned Arbitrator's mandate. The first was allowed on 9th August, 2023 by extending the mandate for six months from the date of the order. The six months expired on 8th February, 2024. The present application was made before expiry of the mandate.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the parties are at the stage of arguments and hence some more time would be required for making of the Award.

No one appears for the respondent. The affidavit of service is kept on record.
