The Court:- The petitioner Bank granted loan to the private respondent for purchase of a vehicle. The loan amount could not be repaid and the Bank lodged complaint before the police. Allegation is that the vehicle in question could not be traced out by the police despite complaint being lodged. Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the concerned police, Detective Department from where it reveals that the loanee was arrested and later released on bail. The police investigated the matter and has filed charge sheet before the learned Trial Court. The vehicle in question has already been traced. In the event the petitioners approach the police for recovery of the vehicle, then necessary assistance shall be provided to the petitioners by the police.

Report filed by the police is handed over to the learned advocate representing the petitioners in Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.
