The Court: By order dated March 10, 2025, this Court had directed Ms. Das to take instructions with regard to the objection raised by the respondents. Learned advocate for the respondents had submitted that the matter had been settled out of Court. Mr. Banerjee had also filed a copy of the no due certificate. Ms. Das has come back with the instruction and prays for dismissal of this application on the ground that the matter has been settled.
