The Court :- The petitioner filed the writ petition, praying for implementation of the order of demolition. It is submitted that aggrieved by the order of demolition, the respondent nos. 6 and 7 have preferred an appeal before the Municipal Building Tribunal. The said appeal is pending.

As the order sought to be implemented is already before the appropriate authority, no further order need be passed in the writ

petition save and except that the Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
